Learn how to refill your Wood Platinum home scent using the Maison Maïssa refill kit. Step-by-step guide to keep your diffuser smelling fresh.
Quick Answer
Refill your Wood Platinum home fragrance using the Maison Maïssa Kit Refill, which includes three 7.5 ml refills designed for your travel-friendly diffuser. Simply swap the empty cartridge with a fresh one to keep your scent consistent.
Why Use the Kit Refill?
The Kit Refill is specifically designed for the Wood Platinum travel format, making it easy to maintain your signature scent without buying a whole new diffuser. Each refill is 7.5 ml, so you get three top-ups in one pack—perfect for home or on the go.
One trade-off: the refill only fits the travel-size diffuser, not larger home models. If you have a standard diffuser, check compatibility before purchasing.
Steps to Refill Your Wood Platinum Diffuser
- Remove the empty refill cartridge: Gently twist the empty cartridge counterclockwise to detach it from the diffuser base. Pull it straight out to avoid spilling any remaining oil. Do not force it—if it sticks, check for a locking mechanism.
- Insert a new 7.5 ml refill: Take one refill from the Kit Refill and align it with the opening. Push it in until it clicks into place, then twist clockwise to secure. Make sure the refill is fully seated; a loose cartridge can leak or stop the diffuser from working.
- Test the diffuser: Turn on your diffuser and let it run for a few minutes. You should smell the Wood Platinum scent immediately. If not, check the connection and try again. If the scent is weak, the refill may not be properly inserted—re-seat it and retest.
